Kyle Walker on Man City: It doesn't look good, but they can't take our trophies away

Manchester City's glorious years and major achievements in recent seasons cannot be stripped away from the players, according to former City captain Kyle Walker, following the independent Premier League commission's ruling that the club was guilty of financial breaches between 2009 and 2018.

"Obviously, it doesn't look good. I know there's an appeal, so commenting on legal proceedings and things like that probably won't do myself or anyone involved any favours. But on a personal level, I can speak for the lads. We spent many, many fantastic years celebrating winning numerous trophies. That is something that cannot be taken away from us, because we lived through those nights," said the Burnley defender.
