Pregnant reality star and mother of one, Kim K has managed to stay on point fashion wise, although she has been keeping it strictly modest, until now of course.

She stepped out with her hubby, Kanye West, to take a helicopter trip to Glastonbury Festival.

Kim rocked a flowing black backless gown, probably giving her a good excuse to go braless, as her boobs can be seen clearly through her dress.

She paired her look with a sheer, ash kimono thrown over her shoulders and black strappy, heeled, sandals.

Kim looked hot as usual, even for a pregnant woman.
