Fans beat up 3SC coach after goalless draw

Coach of Nigeria Professional Football League side, Shooting Stars Sports Club was attacked and beaten by some hoodlums after goalless draw against Enyimba .

According to the management of 3SC, Kadiri Ikhana was attacked by yet to be identified men after the game on  Sunday, June 21.

“We have confirmed the alleged attack on Enyimba head coach, Kadiri Ikhana by disgruntled element, an official of the club, Jubril Arowolo, an official of the club said.

“This was after a thorough investigation from various quarters and concerted efforts are ongoing to apprehend the culprit(s).

“The person(s) will be immediately handed over to the police for prosecution aimed at deterring and discouraging any would-be attackers."
