Police reports have revealed that the overenthusiastic fan, Keith Weglin, was beyond drunk at the time of the incident.

According to TMZ, Douglas County Sheriff's report states that following an alcohol test at the jail, Weglin's BAC was 0.18% which is more than twice the legal limit.

As previously reported, Timberlake was slapped during the 27th annual American Century Championship at Edgewood in Lake Tahoe which held between July 19 to July 24.

Weglin could have walked away without being arrested but refused to leave the golf course, forcing the police to arrest him for disorderly conduct.

Timberlake who was inducted into the Memphis Music Hall of Fame late last year is an American singer, songwriter, actor and record producer.
