Read: Singer's dad commends the size of his manhood

Jeremy uploaded a video of the proposal on YouTube yesterday, adding that he had popped the question last week.

He wrote:

"On February 19th, 2016, I proposed to my best friend Chelsey Rebelo."

Pop singer, Justin is the only child of Jeremy and Pattie Mallette, 40, although Jeremy has two other children, Jaxon and Jazmyn Bieber from previous relationships.

Congrats to them.
