"Lately, I've been preoccupied with thinking about life after my career, contemplating important missions, and many other things. But I live for the Olympic Games. That's what excites me, that's what makes me jump out of bed in the morning. It motivates me to have a great final competition. The main goal is to win a gold medal and enjoy myself," said the 37-year-old champion, who will be on the cusp of 40 by the time the Los Angeles Games arrive.
"I changed everything about my preparation. That brought me success in Paris, so I'm continuing in the same vein," Teddy Riner added.
