After a disappointing first season at Chelsea, Colombian winger Juan Cuadrado is set for a loan move back to Italy.

The forward was signed in January 2016 from Fiorentina for £25m but has been out of form for the English Premier League defending champion.

Juventus chief executive Giuseppe Marotta has now confirmed the club is on the verge of signing the forward on a loan deal.

"Cuadrado will arrive on loan. It could be made official as soon as tomorrow [Monday]," Moratta told on Sunday, August 23.

The 27-year-old started just four league games last season.
