After arriving the Dream Team camp in the United States on Monday, July 25, Mikel Obi quickly joined in training.

Mikel Obi is expected to lead Nigeria’s U-23 at the football event of the 2016 Olympic Games after he made the final list.

The midfielder who is one of the over-aged players in the Dream Team left Chelsea’s pre-season camp in Austria to join up with the Nigerian football team in Atlanta.

After arriving the United States camp on Monday, July 25, Mikel Obi quickly joined in training.

Nigeria have been drawn in Group B alongside Group B Sweden, Colombia and Japan who they will first face on August 4.

Their second game is against Sweden on August 7 before facing Colombia three days later on August 10.
