MLS champions Inter Miami are reportedly eyeing Cape Verde national team goalkeeper Vozinha, according to "Marca."
The Herons are considering a move for the 40-year-old shot-stopper, who caught the club's attention with his impressive performances at the World Cup. Vozinha could potentially become a teammate of Argentine superstar Lionel Messi, who plays for the American side. Vozinha is currently a free agent after departing Portuguese second-division club Chaves. The experienced custodian has also featured for Portugal's Gil Vicente, Moldova's Zimbru Chișinău, Cyprus' AEL Limassol, and Slovakia's Trenčín.
The Cape Verde national team reached the Round of 16 in their inaugural World Cup appearance, where they narrowly lost 3-2 to Argentina after extra time. In the group stage, the "Blue Sharks" secured draws against Spain (0-0), Uruguay (2-2), and Saudi Arabia (0-0) to finish second in their group.
