Injury Woes Mount for Olympiacos: Nikola Milutinov Sidelined

Olympiacos will visit Besiktas in Round 8 of the EuroLeague, with tip-off scheduled for 18:30 CET.

According to Greek media reports, the Athens 'Reds' will head into the matchup severely depleted as they take on Dusan Alimpijevic's squad without one of their best players.

Serbian center Nikola Milutinov sustained an injury to his right toe and has been ruled out of the contest in Istanbul. He is joined on the sidelines by Jean Montero and Evan Fournier, who are both nursing knee injuries.

To make matters worse, the suspended Tyler Dorsey will also be absent, while "Sport 24" reports that John Konchar's debut remains questionable. The Serbian-American did travel to Istanbul, meaning there is still a slight chance he could suit up against Besiktas on Wednesday.
