Music stars come out for AFRIMA edition

The Industry Nite by AFRIMA was organized as a bid to create awareness for the nomination process which began at the first of the month.

The All Africa Music Awards (AFRIMA) held it's edition of Industry Nite yesterday, July 1, 2015.

The event which held at the usual venue, Spice Route in Victoria Island was attended by industry veterans and rising artistes in the country.

The night's proceedings were handled by BEAT FM Jimmie, and the sound department was marshaled by the unstoppable DJ Spinall.

Some of the stars who came out were 2face Idibia, Timaya, Iyanya, Skales, Olu Maintain, Keke Ogungbe, Eedris Abdulkareem, Saeon, Aramide, Lami, Presh, Baci, JJC, Azadus, Sheyman, Kunle Afolayan and others.

On the performance level, artistes who performed were Simi, Adekunle Gold, Charass, Rayce, Niniola, Mr. 2 Kay, T Jan and Joe-El.

Media veteran Olisa Adibua also co-hosted the event.

After DJ Spinall dropped his hot mix for the second time, it was time for the big acts to perform.

Igbo rapper Phyno, buzzing MC Lil' Kesh, pop sensation Sean Tizzle, dancehall gangsta chic Cynthia Morgan ensured the night ended on a very high note.
