The video tagged ‘Corruption Report Nigeria’, and obtained by The Cable, was said to have been recorded at the airport in Port Harcourt, rivers State capital.
It shows the two officers inspecting some papers, and one of them, raising his voice at one of three other people in the room, saying “where the thing now? E dey hard you to bring?”
He was then handed some money, seemingly N8000, but he annoyingly rejected it, apparently because it was below what he had demanded.

“You’re not ready; anybody wey no wan cooperate, we go leave am,” he said as he squeezed the money into the hands of the man offering the bribe.
