The State’s Waste Management Authority Administrator, Chief Felix Obuah Obuah, issued the threat in Port Harcourt on Friday, June 5, during a meeting with waste management contractors.

Wike appointed Obuah on Thursday, June 4, after his tour of major roads in Port Harcourt and an unscheduled visit to the office of the State Waste Management Authority.

The administrator said that nothing will deter the new government from returning Port Harcourt to the Garden City it is known for.

He warned that he would not let any of the contractors to frustrate his efforts towards achieving a clean Port Harcourt City.
