Former MFM staffs arraigned for threatening Chief security officer

 
 
The charge reads, “That you, Nwaogu Michael and Akagwu Simon, on July 28, 2015, did threaten to kill one Olatubosun Odumosu, by sending him a written message and thereby committed an offence punishable under Section 230 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2011.”

Former staffs of Mountain of Fire and Miracle Ministries Michael Nwaogu and Simon Akagwu have been arrested, for threatening the Chief Security Officer Olatubosun Odumosu.

The accused persons, were arraigned before the Lagos Magistrate Court sitting in Yaba.

The charge reads, “That you, Nwaogu Michael and Akagwu Simon, on July 28, 2015, did threaten to kill one Olatubosun Odumosu, by sending him a written message and thereby committed an offence punishable under Section 230 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2011.”

Nwaogu, was said to have complained of been maltreated by Odumosu while he worked for him and planned a revenge. He reportedly discussed the plan with Akagwu.

Both accused persons however pleaded not guilty against the charges against them.

However, a N50, 000 bail has been granted.
