Omodara, who spoke in a Sunday Sermon entitled "the peace of a nation’’ he, noted that when there is unity there would be peace in the country.

Omodara, noted that God has created man without border and that Nigerians should learn to live with one another without sentiments.

He appealed to Nigerians to always put issues that relate with national unity ahead of other considerations, while seeking God’s intervention to our numerous problems.

While he was optimistic that unity would return to the nation, he appealed to the different warring factions in the country to shield their swords.

Omodara, while urging Nigerians to remain steadfast and prayerful, he noted that disunity would only bring backwardness and acrimony to the nation.
