23-Yr-old beheaded in IDP camp

An Internally Displaced Person (IDP) has been beheaded at a camp in Borno State, reports say.

The unidentified victim, said to be 23 years of age, was discovered today, January 7, 2016, at the camp in Maiduguri, the state capital, Daily Trust reports.

No details have been given as to the gender of the deceased and the circumstances in which the death occurred.

Millions of Nigerians have been forced to live in IDP campsdue to the Boko Haram insurgency which has rendered many homeless in the North-East.
