Father and son look dapper at NAACP Image awards

The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People’s (NAACP) 2016 Image Awards was held at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium in Pasadena, California on Friday.

The legendary rapper and actor was present to support his son who won the Outstanding Actor in a Motion Picture award for his performance in Straight Outta Compton, which also won the award for Outstanding Motion Picture.

Both men looked dapper in black suits, with Jackson Jr wearing a gold necklace and white shirt and Ice cube wearing all black, as they graced the red carpet, smiling and posing for the cameras.

Other winners of the night included, Taraji P. Henson, Michael B. Jordan, Jussie Smollett, Anthony Anderson and Nigeria’s own, Chigozie Obioma winning Outstanding Literary Work (Debut Author) for 'The Fishermen'.
