Premarital or extramarital sex has always been viewed with shame and dishonor.

This view has stood the test of time, but it looks like this is about to change, thanks to a Christian minister in Chicago.

According to Bromleigh McCleneghan, an associate pastor at Union Church, believers can have 'good Christian sex', ReligionNews reports.

In her new book, "Good Christian Sex: Why Chastity Isn’t the Only Option–And Other Things the Bible Says about Sex", she urges Christians to let go of the shame associated with premarital or extramarital sex and simply enjoy the act.

She uses personal stories and examples to show the need to let go of this deep-rooted belief, in an effort to show sex, as a powerful and holy act.

McCleneghan also urges Christians to break free of this shame by talking about their bodies, sensuality, and desires.
