Who died on Sunday night's Game of Thrones? Uh, like, half the population of Westeros?

Emilia Clarke warned us that episode five was going to be a doozy. In a recent appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live, the actress promised it would be even bigger than the Battle of Winterfell , which is saying something.

"Find the biggest TV you can," she said.

She was right. On episode five of the eighth and final season, Daenerys takes Missandei's last words very seriously. She pulls a giant "dracarys" on King's Landing, unleashing hell on the city, even after Cersei's army lays down their swords. It's a total hellscape as Dragon's deadly fire rushes through the streets, incinerating everyone in its path.

Here's who died on Game of Thrones last night.

Or who appeared to die, at least. Jaime and Cersei, it sure looked like y'all died down there, but to be fair, we haven't seen the corpses-and the Lannister twins weren't seen in the scenes from next week's series finale.

Lord Varys: Dracarys'd.

Basically everyone in King's Landing - not just Cersei's army, but a bunch of innocent people, too: Also Dracarys'd.

Euron Greyjoy: Impaled by Jaime Lannister.

Qyburn: Head unceremoniously smashed in by The Mountain's undead corpse prior to Cleganebowl.

Sandor "The Hound" Clegane: Falls to his death while fighting his brother.

Gregor "The Mountain" Clegane: Was technically already dead, but falls to his second death while fighting his brother.

Jaime Lannister: Crushed in the bowels of King's Landing.

Cersei Lannister: Crushed in the bowels of King's Landing.
