The ‘Reggae Blues’ musician took to his Instagram on Saturday, July 23, 2016, to express his thanks to God for sparing his life.

He wrote, “At one point I thought I was crossing over to the other side.. But no, God still ve great plans for me.. Yes.. He saved us.. Am greatful.. stay strong ==team ONEDELTA. 6 DAYS TO GO.”

According to Vanguard News, he was enroute “Owerri to catch a flight to Lagos where he was to perform at the opening Gala night of Project Fame Season 9”, when the incident occurred.
