Google Apps is undergoing a name change but it will be keeping everything else just the same across the board.

In a blog post, Google said the work-focused set of tools, which includes Gmail, Docs, Drive, and Calendar, will now be known as "G Suite".

According to Google, the new name "better reflects" its mission to help people everywhere work together and innovate together for organizational progress.

The new name will be rolled out across all Google platforms on mobile and desktop over the coming weeks and users of the service will find the new name, and a new logo, on the Admin Console, Help Center and on invoices.

All other aspects of Google's enterprise-focused apps will remain the same and the only changes will be the name and the logo.
