Google’s very affordable Android One smartphone was launched in Africa with Infinix a few months ago to much fanfare and publicity.

Reports now reveal that Google has also made the budget devices available in Europe with the first batch to be available in Spain and Portugal.

The handset is called the Aquarius A4.5 and it will be available in Spain for €169.90 and in Portugal for €179.90, according to a report by Geeky Gadgets.

The new Android One will come with a 4.5-inch IPS display with qHD resolution of 540 x 960 pixels and a quad-core 1GHz MeediaTek MT6735M processor, 1GB of RAM, and 16GB of in-built storage. There’s also a microSD card slot.

The smartphone will come with a three month subscription to Google Play Music, with an 8-megapixel rear camera with a dual flash.
