The senior and junior staff association of the food beverages and tobacco association have called out NAFDAC on the failure to lift the ban on alcoholic beverages in sachet.

They asserted that it will lead to the shutdown of more industries, further plunging Nigeria into more economic crises.
It can be recalled that the National house Assembly waded into the matter, unanimously asking NAFDAC to lift the ban while enforcing stricter regulations as well as access control to prevent underage drinking and abusive consumption by consumers.
