After a goalless first-half, the Flying Eagles through a Godwin Saviour brace and one goal each from Kingsley Sokari and Isaac Success defeated Korea DPR in their second match at the U-20 World Cup going on in New Zealand.

“We have not got into our groove yet, we are only picking up gradually,” Flying Eagles coach Manu Garba said after the game and also praised the Koreans.

“They gave a good account of themselves, they were lo better than they were against Hungary as they possessed the ball very well, but they have to improve in their finishing,” he remarked.

The Flying eagles will on Sunday, June 7 face Hungary in their last Group E game and Manu has called that match a 'must win'.
