Iwobi has been the rave of the moment under Everton manager Frank Lampard, having rejuvenated his career since the former Chelsea manager joined Everton earlier this year.

The Nigeria international has already tallied six (6) assists and one (1) goal this season in only 12 matches in all competitions.

Tarkowski, Coady choose Iwobi as most skilful Everton player

Iwobi's latest assist for Everton was a sumptuous one, with the 26-year-old producing a back-heel pass to set up Dwight McNeil's goal in Everton's 3-0 victory over Crystal Palace during the weekend.

The Nigeria international's resourcefulness has earned him the title of the most skilful player in the Everton squad according to his teammates James Tarkowski and Connor Coady.

In BBC's Honesty Cards show posted on Everton's Twitter account, both Toffee players agreed that Iwobi is the most skilful player in the squad currently.

While responding to the question: 'Most skilful Everton player?' Tarkowski initially said: “I’ve got a few.”

However, Coady was more straightforward as he said: “Only one for me, Alex.” with Tarkowski also agreeing with the England international.

So far this season, Iwobi has completed 44% of his dribbles and has averaged 1.8 key passes per game as recorded by Sofascore.

The Super Eagles star would hope to continue his good run of form when Everton take on seventh-placed Fulham at Craven Cottage on Saturday, October 29.
