Arsenal vs Liverpool to be first ever match to show team-talks live

History is going to be made in the Saturday early kickoff of the Premier League clash between Arsenal and Liverpool as both teamtalks will be showed live around the world.

Fans will get to see inside the dressing room of the Emirates Stadium on Saturday, April for first time in a top-flight football match.

The deal for both pre-match team-talks by the captains to be streamed live to the world was sealed by both clubs on Monday, March 30.

The teamtalks by both captains will not be screened on BT Sport - who are covering the match live on TV - but fans who own a smartphone will be able to see it on a new social media tool Periscope, which was launched last week .

The live team-talks are a bid to break into the sports market.

Arsenal and Liverpool according to Daily Mail were initially reluctant to take part in the broadcast , but Premier League executives convinced them to it.

After a meeting between both clubs, it was agreed that the live team-talks is a clever marketing idea as they aim to draw more fans from the United States and Asia.

According to Daily Mail,  the rules agreed include, allowing only the captain to speak while the rest of the players and the manager keep quiet, each teamtalk will be filmed by one of the two linesmen to ensure there is no bias,clubs do not have to reveal specific tactics - instead the talks will centre on motivating the etam for the task ahead, each broadcast will be for only two minutes and will take place simultaneously.

The referee who will be standing between two dressing rooms will signal the beginning and  end of the team-talks by blowing his whistle.

Both captains will also agree not to use swear words to avoid offending any viewers.

Periscope plans to convince the rest of the Premier League to make it a constant if this trial is successful.
