Endrick gives green light to AC Milan move

Real Madrid forward Endrick has agreed to join AC Milan during the winter transfer window, and the move now rests entirely on his club's approval, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.

Speculation has grown in recent days that the Brazilian will spend the second half of the campaign elsewhere after registering just four minutes of playing time for Los Blancos under Jose Mourinho, who blocked a loan switch back in the summer. Although the Rossoneri face competition from Roma and Aston Villa, owner Gerry Cardinale is confident of securing the 20-year-old talent due to his excellent relationship with the player's agency, Roc Nation. The Italian outlet suggests the deal will likely be a straight loan until the end of the season, though the clubs could negotiate further terms. They point to the previous agreement for Brahim Diaz, whom Milan had an option to buy with Real Madrid retaining a buy-back clause.

Endrick also saw limited action for the Madrid giants during the first half of last season. He was sent on loan to Lyon in January, where he impressed with eight goals and eight assists across 21 appearances.
