Super Eagles defender Elderson Echiéjilé is in joyous mood after his French club's passage to the quarterfinals of the UEFA Champions League at the expense of English giants, Arsenal.

After defeating Arsenal at the Emirates by goals to one, Monaco held Arsenal in the second leg at home to just two-goal victor with the English clubside needing to score.

Echiejile, who was  , was a late substitute as Monaco in yesterday's game.

An excited Elderson Echiéjilé took to his Intagram page to show off his side's dressing room celebration.

"Great qualification looking ahead to the next round #AllerMonaco #ChampionsLeague," the Super Eagles left back tweeted alongside a snap of him celebrating with his teammates.
