Crystal Palace after Super Eagles defender

English Premiership side Crystal Palace are reported to be chasing the signature of Super Eagles right back back Efe Ambrose.

According to Daily Mail, Crystal Palace manager Alan Pardew is hoping that he can snag the Nigerian defender away from Scottish club Celtic.

Daily Mail reports that Ambrose have been closely watched by  Palace’s scouts who are impressed with his performaces.

The London base club will be looking to meet the £3 million for which the defender is valued by his Scottish club.

The defender is said to be keen on starting a fresh challenge and will look to join his compatriot Shola Ameobi at Palace.
