Chelsea star Eden Hazard could be called as one of the witnesses in a hearing for Eva Carneiro’s case.
Carneiro and Mourinho had the now famous row during Chelsea Saturday, August 8 2-2 home draw with Swansea.
Mourinho fumed at the medical team for going on to the pitch to attend to Hazard without knowing the extent of his injury.
She was demoted from her role in the club after the incident before she subsequently quit.
The doctor filed a law suit against the club on the basis that she was treated unfairly.
Hazard could be called in the case to confirm whether or not he asked referee Michael Oliver for treatment before Carneiro and physio Jon Fearn raced on to the pitch.
The forward in television footage of the incident appeared to be asking for medical attention, but the Chelsea winger is the only person who can confirm that this conversation took place.
Chelsea are currently drafting their response, known as an ET3 form.
