Dr. Pimple Popper Just Popped Her Way to a Critics' Choice Real TV Award

Dr. Sandra Lee, MD: cyst whisperer, blackhead buster, lipoma master, and now...Critics' Choice Award winner!

The dermatologist and star of TLC's Dr. Pimple Popper took home an award at the inaugural Critics' Choice Real TV Awards . Lee won in the category of "Female Star of the Year," beating out stiff competition in the form of Nicole Byer (Nailed It!), Marie Kondo (Tidying Up With Marie Kondo), Samin Nosrat (Salt Fat Acid Heat), Chrissy Teigen (Lip Sync Battle), and Michelle Visage (RuPaul's Drag Race.)

"It was a crazy crazy day," Lee wrote in a celebratory Instagram post following the ceremony. "Did I tell you I won Critics Choice Award? I felt like I was dreaming. Thank you, popaholics, for these beautiful moments that I will NEVER EVER forget."

If anyone deserves a Critics' Choice Award-or any award, for that matter-it's Dr. Pimple Popper. The woman will do anything for her fans, including getting sprayed on by some of the gnarliest skin ailments known to humankind. In fact, when voting was still open for the Critics Choice Real TV Awards, Lee posted an Instagram video reminding people just how much pus she's willing to confront for your sick, twisted amusement.
