1. 2 cans tomato paste

1/4 cup white vinegar

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 teaspoon salt

A pinch of ginger powder

Preparation

1. Put all the ingredients in a pot, stir and simmer on low heat for about an hour or until the paste thickens to the consistency of ketchup.

2. Once it is cooked, pour in a jar or bottle and store in the refrigerator.
