Idachaba told the Dare2Dream ladies to maximize opportunities in every situation they find themselves. She urged them to ignore shortcuts to success, work hard and focus on their goals and aspirations.

"Take advantage of opportunities. Opportunities come in obscure forms" Idachaba said.

"There is no easy harvest, plan and match steadily towards all your goals and aspirations," she added.
