Arsenal striker Danny Welbeck has been subjected to death threats by Manchester United fans after scoring the Monday night winner to send them packing from the Fa Cup.

The former Red's striker pounced on a misplaced back-pass from Antonio Valencia to round David de Gea before scoring the winner at Old Trafford.

A slew of death threats from bitter Manchester United fans were seen on Twitter and according to reports, Manchester Police are looking into the threats.

“Danny Welbeck I will find you and I will kill you,” a Twitter user named Nolove wrote.

“ Somebody just KILL Welbeck! Can't stand the a******! #RedOrDead#MUFC,” another wrote.

“Welbeck you c*** celebrating. You are so DEAD to me! F****** JUDAS,” UtdMads wrote.

Grande DeGea said: “Hey Welbeck, when you die, I will celebrate it in front of your family.”
