Days after their dramatic World Cup elimination by Portugal, the Croatian squad has returned home.

Upon landing on Croatian soil, team manager Iva Olivari expressed immense pride in the Balkan side's tournament performance. However, she didn't forget the crucial detail that led to their exit against Portugal.

"Home, with our heads held high. Proud of every single one of these lads. Proud of the unity, friendship, and the privilege of sharing this journey with you all," she began.

To conclude, however, Iva delivered a pointed jab regarding the incident against Portugal. Or perhaps, a cutting remark would be more fitting.

"To all those still competing in the World Cup, good luck… and don't forget to ensure your players have their haircuts in order!" she added.

It's worth remembering that Croatia had a goal disallowed in the 90+15th minute, following a slight touch from Matanovic that was detected by the ball's sensor.
