The reigning world player of the year with more than 170 million likes on the social media network, surpassed Colombian singer, Shakira.

The closet athlete to Ronaldo on the chart is Lionel Messi with total of 78million likes.

Cristiano Ronaldo is also the the number one followed athlete on Twitter with 34 million followers, over a million more than Brazilian Ricardo Kaka.
