It is not impossible that at some point, you exhausted some of your brighter lip colours, or you probably needed to throw in some light on your matte lipstick.

In this video by Corie, you will learn how to solve that problem and retain your glow, and probably get on some more!
All you need to do is apply the highlighter when the matte lipstick is semi dry. This will lock in the highlighter when the lipstick is dry without falling out.
You could also make use of a bright eye shadow if highlighter is not available.
