Conor Benn defeated Regis Prograis by unanimous decision (98-92, 98-92, 98-92) after ten rounds of boxing at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London. The victory came in a main undercard bout of a fight night headlined by the heavyweight clash between Tyson Fury and Arslanbek Makhmudov.

This was Benn's second consecutive win and his 25th overall in his professional boxing career.

The fight started at a high pace with exchanges in the center of the ring. In the final seconds of the first round, Benn rocked his opponent with a powerful one-two combination. The bell saved Prograis, giving him a minute's rest to recover.

The home fighter relied on his powerful right hand to counter Prograis's southpaw stance. The former world champion's face was swollen and red after just six minutes of boxing. Benn's pressure intensified, but the experienced Prograis showed a good chin and refused to back down.

The fight was contested mostly at close and mid-range in the fifth round, with Prograis absorbing numerous uppercuts and hooks but avoiding a knockdown.

In the sixth round, reckless exchanges became more frequent, and a cut opened above Benn's left eye, which not only covered the Englishman's face in blood but also stained his bleached hair.

In the seventh round, the clean boxing began to break down as the fighters increasingly found themselves in clinches.
