Alhaji Mohammad Maude also said that out of 1, 222 complaints received in 2015 out of which 440 were successfully tackled, most of them were on wrongful termination of appointments.
He said non-payment of salaries, non-payment of retirement benefits and bank-related issues were part of the issues they settled in 2015.
"Others are denial of promotion, non-payment of pension, non-payment of death benefits, land related issues, police and army- related matters and breach of contract among others we things we have settled," Mohammad said.
Mohammad stated this at the weekend that most of the complaints were against government and private organizations in the state.
He said 435 complaints were received in 2013 out of which 341 were resolved. 582 complaints were received in 2014 and 390 were settled.
