MFM set to make history as first winner

MFM football team is set to take on their Colombian counterparts at the final of the Church World Church.

The Mountain of Fire and Miracle Ministries are set to become the first winners of the Church World Cup currently holding in India.

The Nigerian representative has its final opponents from Colombia to face later today to win the inaugural Church World championship.

The Mountain of Fire and Miracle Ministries defeated Colombia, Egypt, Uzbekistan and India on the way to the final that will be played later today at 4pm Nigerian time. The MFM boys have scored 13 goals and conceded none in four games.

The Church World Cup is the brain child of The John Paul II Foundation For Sports. The participants at this inaugural edition are the host India, Nigeria, Ghana, Egypt, Colombia, Portugal, Brazil and Uzbekistan.
