Manchester United defender enjoys holidays in Peru with girlfriend

Pre-season training is on the horizon, Manchester United defender Chris Smalling is enjoying last minute holiday with his girlfriend in Peru.

Smalling and his partner made a trip to the popular Machu Picchu, a mountain located in the Cusco Region of the country.

The England international has been sharing photos from is vacation on Instagram.

Smalling will be resuming pre-season training next week after being given extra-time to rest by Louis van Gaal after representing England in friendly and Euro 2016 qualifiers.

Smalling and his girlfriend also spent some days in Barbados earlier in the summer.
