Speaking during an interview with Punch, Akpotha denied any falling out between herself and Johnson, adding that she is shocked by the news.

Akpotha said:

“This is shocking for me. She is my junior colleague, I have no idea what people are saying. My life is so plain and I have no reason to have a beef with anybody in the industry."

Reacting to the alleged beef, Johnson says:

“I do not have to be friends with everybody; I am not under any obligation to be friends with my colleagues.”

As vague as there reactions seem, as far as there is not outright show of beef, we would have to take their words for it.
