Neto was arguably one of the Blues' standout performers last season, but the club has already shown a willingness to sell if their valuation is met.

Several Premier League clubs have shown interest in him, including Manchester City, who are searching for a replacement for Savinho, himself linked with a move to Tottenham.

Journalist Sacha Tavolieri claims that Neto has "reached an agreement" to join the Middle Eastern club Al-Hilal. Chelsea are open to a quick deal, provided their asking price of €60 million is met. The source also states that the Saudi club is confident of reaching an agreement with the Blues.

Neto has been at Chelsea since August 2024, with his contract running until June 30, 2031. During the 2025/26 season, the player scored 10 goals and provided 10 assists in 52 appearances.
