Convicted rapist footballer makes first major public appearance at Tom Cleverley's wedding

Disgraced footballer, Ched Evans who was jailed for rape on Monday, June 16 made his first major public appearance since returning for jail.

The former Welsh International was convicted of rape in 2012.

After serving half of his five-year-term, Evans was released.

He attended the wedding ceremony of Everton midfielder, Tom Cleverley and Georgina Dorsett.

Other football stars at the event were, Wayne Rooney, Phil Jones, Danny Welbeck and Chris Smalling.
