Cesc Fabregas continues to enjoy his post season break as he was pictured with his girlfriend Daniella Semaan in Formentera, Spain.

The Spanish star and his pregnant girlfriend Daniella Semaan were seen enjoying themselves with a ride on a small boat.

Fabregas  donning a black shorts and a white sleeveless shirt was seening helping his pregnant girlfriend into the boat.

The coupe are expecting their second together-they have a two-year-old daughter Lia.
