The president has been criticized for his frequent travels with opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) alleging that he goes on the trips because he receives his travel allowance in dollars.
Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed has however said that Buhari is travelling in a bid to correct the near-pariah status that Nigeria had under Goodluck Jonathan.
