UPDATE: 8 Students Killed, 12 Injured In Kano School Bomb Blast

Eight students lost their lives in a car bomb attack on the Kano School of Health Technology, Kano state.

The Commissioner of Police, Kano state Police Command, Adenrele Shinaba, who gave the figures to Daily Trust also revealed that 12 other victims are hospitalised following the attack.

The attack took place at about 2pm today.

No group has claimed responsibility for the attack but most people will readily finger the dreaded Boko Haram sect which has carried out similar attacks in the past.
