President Buhari has revealed that the Federal Government is negotiating with Boko-Haram.

The President said Boko-Haram asked for the release of one of their key members, in exchange for the Chibok girls.
He disclosed this, during a meeting with Nigerians living in Paris.
The President's spokesman, Femi Adesina, also revealed this in a tweet.
