Barcelona's Brazilian winger Raphinha is set to miss the team's next two matches after the club opted for a cautious approach following issues sustained on international duty.

Raphinha suffered swelling in his right thigh during Brazil's clash against Australia and has not resumed training since returning to Camp Nou. Manager Hansi Flick confirmed on Friday that while the 29-year-old has not been diagnosed with an injury, he will sit out Saturday's La Liga fixture against Getafe as well as Tuesday's Champions League match.

"It's not an injury, but we have to be cautious since he had three injuries last year, so we must be careful. He won't be available tomorrow, nor for the match against Galatasaray."
Raphinha's absence could pave the way for a first start in Barcelona colours for Gabriel Jesus, who arrived at the club from Arsenal last month.
