However, independent tests have confirmed the 24-year-old's arm extends within the 15-degree tolerance, the ICC announced on Wednesday.

Al-Amin is available for selection for Bangladesh immediately, with his country currently hosting Zimbabwe in a three-Test series.

The fast bowler, who was the first non-spinner to be investigated by the ICC after the body decided to clamp down on suspect actions earlier this year, has taken six wickets in six Tests for Bangladesh to date.

He has also taken 16 wickets in nine one-day internationals.
